Work packages

Six work packages, one shared method

The project's first year focuses on building a shared working method: a critical benchmark of existing tools, seminars bringing together researchers, local authorities and outside experts, and the consolidation of a common method that underpins modeling and case studies.

WP1

Diagnostic and scenarios

Lead: École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'État — LAET

Develops the diagnostic framework and the methodology for scenario design, testing and evaluation. A literature review identifies factors specific to each spatial context (urban, regional, national) and to territorial priorities (economic development, environmental protection, social equity), complemented by research into the enablers and barriers faced by territorial actors. A multi-stakeholder co-design process avoids the mismatch between user needs and tool design.
